Zone guardians explained: when to fight, when to farm

Most survivors games push you forward with a clock. pokebonk does not - you choose when to fight the zone guardian. That freedom ends the most runs.

The three-signal rule

• Two skills at level 3 or higher.
• Full or near-full HP with berries picked up.
• Coins spent, not banked.

When to farm instead

Missing a signal? Keep clearing. The zone does not get harder on a timer, so farming only costs real-world time.
